Barbecue

We have all the necessary equipment to operate a BBQ serving hundreds of customers an hour. Be it a set menu charged per head or a stall selling individual items. We have teamed up with a local butcher to ensure products are the highest quality. We make a mean Hot Chilli Sauce to accompany the usual range of sauces.

Chilli & Curries

We love cooking authentic home made curries and Chilli. Anything from mild to silly hot can be on offer typically served with rice. Our “Hot Pot” stall is particularly popular.

 

Buffets

Our hand made buffet includes many home made items like gammon cooked in cider and our own sausage rolls. Buffets are tailored to the occasion and will include hot items where possible. We have seen enough of the freezer to plate poor quality buffets.

 

Bar Services

We have years of experience of providing bars for various events small or large. We tailor the range of drinks to the event and can offer anything from Fine Wines & Real Ales to all the usual popular brands.

We can provide a full pay bar or simply offer pre-paid
